SPAMADIN / TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms. Better conversations.

1. The service and agreement

These terms describe Spamadin, operated by Brandify LLC, a US registered company with operations from Algeria. By using Spamadin, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Keep your account details accurate and protect access to your account.

2. What Spamadin provides

Spamadin is a server-side API for classifying contact-form and comment submissions. It returns allow, review, or spam outcomes with reason codes. AI classifications can be incorrect. Ambiguous submissions and provider failures go to review. Blocking is initially disabled in shadow mode while detection is evaluated; this service does not promise perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or a specific response time.

Your integration must preserve messages for review, handle timeouts and non-success responses, and provide a recovery path for false positives. Our WordPress plugin preserves held form messages on your WordPress server; you are responsible for reviewing them and contacting genuine senders. Other CMS platforms can use the server API.

3. Plans and usage

PlanMonthly checksMonthly billingAnnual billing
Starter2,500$9.99$90
Growth5,000$16.99$160
Scale20,000$49.99$390
Scale50,000$79.99Monthly billing only
Scale100,000$99.99Monthly billing only
Scale250,000$179.99Monthly billing only

Prices are in US dollars. Annual subscriptions receive monthly allowances, not the full year’s checks at once. Every completed classification counts, including legitimate submissions and ordinary review outcomes. Degraded results caused by provider failures do not consume allowance. Identical retries with a valid matching Idempotency-Key do not consume an additional check while that check record is retained.

Unused checks do not roll over. Requests above your allowance are rejected; there are no automatic usage overage charges. Starter includes one enabled website, Growth includes five, and every Scale tier includes unlimited websites. Disabled websites cannot submit checks. Rate and concurrency limits also apply. Your dashboard and integration documentation describe the current allowance and API behavior.

4. Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout unless canceled. Review the amount, billing interval, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before confirming payment. Access requires an active paid subscription.

Manage payment details and cancel renewals in your billing portal, which shows when cancellation takes effect. For billing errors or refund requests, email [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use and integration duties

Keep API keys and all calls to Spamadin on your backend. Do not share keys publicly, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, submit malicious traffic, or use the service unlawfully. Send only content you are authorized to process, provide required notices to your users, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data or third-party secrets.

You control the moderation decisions and storage on your own website. Behavioral signals supplied by your integration are advisory, not proof that a submission is spam. You are responsible for testing the integration and handling provider outages, rejected requests, and false positives.

6. Submission data and ownership

You retain rights in your submitted content. Routine checks do not retain message bodies. Corrected examples are stored only when explicitly shared, as described below. AI inference uses minimized content with required zero-retention routing. Service metadata follows our privacy policy. Customer processing agreements must be in place where required.

Repeat recognition uses short-lived fingerprints derived from submissions without saving their text. You can disable it for a website and clear its history in your dashboard. Similarity is supporting evidence rather than proof of spam; an identical eligible check may reuse a recent verdict and still counts toward your plan allowance.

Optional training examples

By explicitly sharing a corrected example, you authorize Brandify LLC to store and use the minimized example and its label solely to evaluate, train, and improve spam detection and reduce false positives. This permission is optional, non-exclusive, and limited to that purpose. It does not transfer ownership, permit sale of the content, or authorize advertising or unrelated uses. Ordinary API checks and metadata-only corrections do not grant this permission.

You must have lawful authority to share the content for this additional purpose and provide any required notices or permissions to affected individuals. An API acknowledgment does not replace those obligations. Examples expire after 90 days and can be deleted earlier through the dashboard or API. Deleting an example stops its future use from our stored dataset; it cannot reverse evaluations already completed. Sharing does not guarantee a particular decision or instantly retrain Jev or GLM. Current storage and request limits are documented in the API guide.

7. Service changes and suspension

We may change the service to maintain security and reliability, and may suspend access for abuse, compromised credentials, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Material subscription or pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future purchase or renewal.

8. Responsibility and disputes

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Report service or billing disputes to [email protected] so we can investigate.
